Weekly Yoga Classes

These weekly classes focus on alignment, strength, mindfulness and body awareness with respect for individual needs.  We work in a supportive and non-judgemental environment.   

There is attention to detail as we build up from solid foundations to deeper forms within our practice.  This style of yoga suits those who are inspired to commit to a regular weekly practice.

A gently paced class to focus on individual needs and build strength, confidence and alignment. 

Classes run to school term with some extra class options during the breaks.  See the full Yoga Base timetable here.

Mt Pleasant Community Centre

​Experience the full variety of Iyengar Yoga practice with a different focus each week.  Suitable for all levels of experience.

​$17 per class

Explore the building blocks of your yoga practice.

​Learn the basics, explore how to accomodate your individual needs and build confidence.
